Happy National Burger Day!🍔

Today's topic is going to consist of a bit of jumping around in thought. As you can tell the title is "Your Dream Job", and I chose this topic because I feel like it's a conversation topic that almost everyone has had in their lifetime. Whether you have any idea of what you are going to do with your life, everyone deep down has their own dream job, and it's something that I tend to think about a lot.

I am a firm believer that everyone should go out and chase their dreams. I think it's important to do what you love and love what you do. But it's not that easy for everyone, and it's not all that practical. Why give up your day job or drop out of school to spend 8-16 hours chasing after what you deem to be your "dream job"? Your parents will tell you to get a real job and you'll lose motivation because the success doesn't always happen right away. It's a tough world we live in, but you shouldn't always put yourself down.

So, what's my dream job then? It's pretty simple;

I would love to be a talk show host.

At the end of the day, I would love to be any form of entertainer. Anything from being a comedian or a music artist, to even being a YouTuber. Entertainment is what I'd love to pursue. But for some reason I've always been drawn to the idea of being a talk show host. You know, like Jimmy Fallon, Conan O'Brien, James Corden. Even the late-night show guys like Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver.

Don't you think those guys are just living the life? They get to wear a comfy fitted suit to work, they get to entertain a live audience with jokes and stories, and they get to meet incredibly talented and famous celebrities. Like c'mon.

This dream job of mine stems from my experience in live theatre and such. I was always the class clown in school, and I can sit down and talk your ear off all day long. I'm also an incredible listener and I absolutely love listening to what others have going on in their lives. I have this deep-down desire to entertain and make people smile. It would be able to live that life, but to also spread an incredibly positive message to any sort of audience.

So what's your dream job? Send me a Tweet or even message me on any of the social medias below. I'd love to chat! 😊

See you guys in the next one! ✌🍻
